“Great”

“Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. “I only write reviews when I feel that they are warranted and this is warranted. While I appreciated the location and access to the ocean, nothing else was good during my stay there. The food was mediocre at best. The property was empty- I was the only guest there. The property is outdated and needs to be updated immediately. It was not well maintained; lots of dust and cob webs in my room. I was very disappointed because I paid for a luxury experience and the only luxury was the ocean; which was……

“No todas las habitaciones tienen aire, es el techo del rancho tapado con Saran. Piscina salada y pequeña, los baños son mini. Se fue la luz 2 veces y se apagaba el ventilador entonces era mucho calor. No tienen POS se paga en efectivo o transferencia. La comida rica. No hacen limpieza en las habitaciones todos los días, si quieren toalla en la piscina son Q 15 más y las toallas de las habitaciones ya les toca cambio ( manchadas, rotas y deshilachadas) Deberían de poner hamacas en los espacios……
