"Overall it is a very nice resort and the free morning breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about is that two of the pools and jacuzzi were not filled or functional. Make sure you get an air conditioned room otherwise you have no privacy. The walls do not go to the ceiling and everyone in the Resturant can hear you in the room and your bathroom. It could lead to an embarrassing moment."

Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. Note: the room was reserved and payed a year in advance and the confirmation had been sent to...
