“Good location and great view from property. Breakfast was great. But rooms not maintain well. Internet (wifi) was playing up and after some time completly stopped working.”

“The room was okay, but the public areas were so incredibly dirty. It looked like the floors and carpets hadn't been vacuumed in years. There was garbage and debris all over, the tables for breakfast had black, wrinkled tablecloths that I doubt are getting cleaned often enough. The first night there wasn't hot water for our showers.”

“As we were driving in, before check-in, we were busy marveling at the scenery and looking at the archery & trampolines set up for guest use. A bevy of deer ran across the road, as if on cue, in case we needed reminding where we were. The location is stunning and the check-in process fitting for a property of this calibre. “1st: The TV DID NOT WORK ! 2nd: There was a little kettle, NO cups, Coffee, Tea, Milk, spoon, just 1 glass Only. 3rd: The Kitchen was NOT attended at all, just a hot water boiler, NO sugar or milk there either.! 4th: OVERPRICED for the Service and amenities, No Receptionist to be seen, 5th: For a 1/3rd of that price I had a 100 times BETTER Accommodation in Canberra and East Nowra ! EXPEDIA Should NOT list a property of those Conditions in their system! Will NOT try you again Expedia”

“Accomodation fit our budget and schedule for a few days. Booking additional car parking is recommended as there was a fair walk from Thredbo with a lot of steps. There is a courtesy bus that we gratefully used after walking Kosciuszko Staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having snacks and drinks in the lounge with the fire (and world cup tv) The drying room was great as our clothes were very wet”

“We stayed at Cottonwood Lodge for two nights during our Snowy Mountains weekend trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s only about a 30-minute drive to Jindabyne and around 60 minutes to the ski resorts, making it a perfect base for a snow trip.
