首先:我是幫朋友訂房已付清全額已經打電話詢問過可否出示非本人證件了,此飯店電話是hotel.com的電話客服回覆我說「你已經付清了當然可以」,所以安心下定。
當天check in 卻說要我本人證件正本(不就還好我在附近)我們是從別的城鎮過來如果我沒到就無法入住了。 櫃檯態度也非常差!
過了一夜大家出去玩半夜要回飯店發現「房卡失效」完全無法開門 !已經累的半死所有東西都在房裡卻進不去!此時打飯店電話完全沒人接(根本無人值班)只好睡車上(還好車鑰匙在身上),直到早上八班點半櫃檯有人了,卻只願意補償讓我們晚兩小時check out ! 這種掃興的事在旅途中真是非常糟。”

"We stayed at 2 times in this trip. The second round from 31 May to 3 June the housekeeping is not up to standard as 1st day we need to change room as mosquito breeding inside the room. And no cleaning after change the room.
However, we are very appreciate the helpful from the baggage handling service from your early morning team at the last day. Pls appreciate this 2 good bell boy professional service.

"The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled."
