“The property is beautifully maintained. Landscaping is gorgeous. The staff is not to pleasant. On the past day at checkout they slapped 10% tax on my whole bill including stay, even though I was tipping every employee after each meal. I would still recommend this place for its grounds, just be aware of scams.”

“Jacuzzi was available only 5:00-8:00 PM daily. We got in shortly after checking in at 3:00 pm and staff informed us we would have to get out and come back at 5:00 pm. Also breakfast was a pot of coffee and a couple apples near the front desk. Expensive to stay here”

“I had a good stay overall, but there was one serious issue. Around 2 a.m., someone opened my door and tried to enter my room. I reported this to the receptionist, but was told there are no CCTV cameras in the common areas. For the safety of guests, I strongly recommend installing security cameras.”

“The rooms were very clean, everything is well organized. Johan and Gaby are huge huge huge help in everything you need there. They are hands on, and very attentive. Neighborhood is safe, views are amazing and the food was delicious. Dinner there is fun and easy. The breakfast with the view is so cool. I recommend 100%. Stray dogs bark randomly at night for about 10 mins and usually calm down but it could wake you up.”

“A short lancha ride from Pana to Tzununa and you feel “off the beaten path”. Just about 1/4 mi Tuk-Tuk ride up the dirt road and you see a white, modern structure that occupies both sides of the street. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The views of the lake and volcanos are commanding. They spared no expense. Quality throughout. The patio made for a great meditation space (the unit had 2 yoga mats). The Starlink internet speed was blazing and without dead zones (perfect for……
