Absolutely stellar views, excellent staff, easy to communicate with. Their website offers FAQ’s which are extremely helpful in figuring things out. I drove to Panajachel and they booked a boat for me late night for my arrival and were excellent at communicating where to go, what to do, etc. There are many stairs to climb once you arrive at the hotel.

Beautiful gardens! The restaurant was delicious and the free breakfast was amazing! A safe and beautiful spot to stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly. One worker helped pump up our tire with his air compressor in the morning.

It's a beautiful place in a beautiful village. Walking distance from the lake and local marketplace. Great fresh local food everywhere and ferrys or private boat rides to other villages. Inside parking and terrace is a plus.

Jenna's B&B was an excellent place to stay! The views here of the lake and the volcanoes were so beautiful and the place truly felt like home. Our villa was comfortable and clean. We were provided with fresh linens and fresh water daily. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Yvan and Andrea really helped us get our plans organized and helped us get around to the different towns, making plans for us while we were there. 10/10 stay! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout. The property was easy to find, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. I only stayed one night, but I already wish it had been longer! The cherry on top was the complimentary snack basket—a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more special. Quiet space in the middle of Panajachel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Aviva. Rooms were really great with unique touches. The bed was probably the best I ever had. Great coffee service and lots of little lovely details. We were always addressed by our name and Adam went above and beyond offering advice. Best breakfast by far in the area. Still a little of the beaten path.

Breathtaking hotel.

They were very accommodating and upgraded our room and had the tiniest most adorable kitten on site that became our best friend! Very well priced and will be back with friends in the future .

Hotel Atitlan is located near Panajachel on Lake Atitlan. It is a treasure with beautiful gardens, birds, and artwork everywhere you look. The pool and hot tub overlook the lake and volcanoes. It is close to shopping and tourist activities. You can walk to a nature reserve with monkeys, butterflies, and zip lines. The food is delicious and the service is wonderful. Don't miss this unique and gorgeous hotel.

Great experience! The garden was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The family and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well-rested. Will be back!

The view of the lake and mountains was amazing. The staff was very attentive and the food was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Porta Hotel del Lago.
