“Tres joli cadre !!! Beaux paysages belle vue sur la mer !! Déception sur la kitchenette. Pas d' accessoire pour cuisiner ou manger. Nous avions pris que le petit déjeuner. Chambre pas propre à notre arrivée mais le lendemain après le passage de la femme de ménage c etait nettement mieux.”

“Das Zimmer war sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht war super. Die Anlage ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Wir hatten den Royal Status und ohne diesen würde ich nicht hingehen. Nur damit hat man Zutritt zur Beachbar, die Liegen am Strand sind nicht inklusive und kosten 25 Euro. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, also eher entspannt. Wer feiern will, muss mit Bus oder Taxi in die Stadt oder zu den Clubs fahren. Das Essen war echt gut, gute Auswahl und meist lecker. Das Restaurant ist extrem gut……

“Muchos inglesesy esa gente no tiene educación dejaban todo tirado, muy borrachos en las zonas comunes por qué como es todo incluido, ellos se piensan que se va a acabar el alcohol de canarias, en fin una decepción.”

“Habitación en mal estado (puertas de armario rotas, ducha mal, puertas baño dañada, y partes del hotel en mal estado) Personal excelente Animación excelente Socorristas excelentes, siempre atentos Me gusta el sistema de abrir las puertas y el de re utilización de vasos Hamacas en mal estado, están mejor las del hotel world village”

“On arrival at the hotel, we were given a room at the Flora 2, the complex just across the road from the main part of the hotel, with all ground floor apartments. Entry was via the patio door, which was quite rickety and awkward to unlock and lock. That became a serious problem a couple of nights in, someone managed to get in the room while we were sleeping and stole my daughter's shoes, 2 power banks and our bags. Luckily our money and passports were in the bedroom safe, and they missed the car……

“Suitable resort for families with kids who are happy to enjoy the place with catering services. The entrance is not very clear enough. And the shower gel and shampoo bottle is very difficult to use. The room cleaning is average standard.”

“Excellent location. A bit tricky to get to if arriving by train. Air conditioner like most European hotels a little lacking. Breakfast good but very crowded, requires a reservation time, yet still long lines.”
