“Tres joli cadre !!! Beaux paysages belle vue sur la mer !! Déception sur la kitchenette. Pas d' accessoire pour cuisiner ou manger. Nous avions pris que le petit déjeuner. Chambre pas propre à notre arrivée mais le lendemain après le passage de la femme de ménage c etait nettement mieux.”

“The room was very clean but my toilet smelt like cigarettes and drained pipes. The staff are friendly though there was an issue over a towel. They couldn’t find the deposit receipt, and accused one of friends of taking it only to find the receipt later. They didn’t really apologise, which is actually the only reason why I am leaving this review. Mistakes are made, we are all human, but an apology to a paying customer can go along way.”

“Review from an American. First, just understand that this is a resort designed for children. The vast majority of the guests are families from the UK traveling with children. It is a cheap family option with impressive photos of the facility. Kids will have a blast in the pools, playgrounds, mini golf, arcade, beach club, etc. But as far as adult travelers, without kids, you will get bored in one day. There is one pool. Everything else you have to TAKE A BUS to get to the beach club. The beach……

“Average. Whilst we appreciated the room upgrade due to a leaking toilet in the original room, everything else was just average. The phone was broken, as was the fridge, after the toilet episode in the first room, I just couldn't be bothered to speak to reception again as they weren't particularly friendly. The room was not clean. The back pool was generally nice and quiet. I felt like a burden when I spoke to any of the staff that I tried to keep interactions to a minimum, this is a shame when……

“Hotel over het algemeen zag er goed uit, receptie netjes en schoon. Kamer daar in tegen erg verouderd, veel lelijke plekken met name in de badkamer en keuken. Helaas ook mieren etc in de slaapkamer en keuken, niet heel fris. All-inclusive formule is prima maar niet heel bijzonder. Personeel is veelal aardig echter bij de bar in de avond vonden wij het personeel iets minder door een aparte opmerking.”
