“The property is run down. Visually it is not what I expected. In the summer the golf greens are completely brown. They do not adjust their green fees. The workout facility is dirty and old. Carpet and equipment is dirty. The tennis courts are not maintained. Everything looks like it’s falling apart paint peeling and wood splitting. The biggest issue is my son got severe food poisoning from the terrace restaurant and tested positive for cyclospora. He remains very sick. When I told the property……

“The island is very beautiful I stayed in a bungalow everything sliver or metal was rusted the shower had mold I had to shower with my slippers on the pool was dirty every day even the salt and pepper on the table was clumped up and holders was rusted”

“The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast……
