“The Terrace restaurant was exceptional. The beach was awesome.”

“The pool was closed due to renovations that they did not make us aware of the pool being closed. The rooms were ok the best part of the rooms were the beds. We could not watch TV because there was no WiFi the entire time we were there. The balconies were cracking in spots and the chairs were plastic dollar store chairs. The balcony door had no handle on the outside to pull it back open after you went out and it appears to stick all the time. We did have to keep asking for housekeeping and one……

“We had an amazing stay at Grapetree Bay. The rooms are as pictured clean, renovated and large. AC was nice and cold. The staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed all our delicious meals on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to everyone and cannot wait to return.”

“The toilet in our room was broken. The screw was broken so it couldn't be tightened back up. It moved and pinched my leg. I asked to have it replaced, but that never happened. The phones did not work so there was no way to reach the staff when needed. I felt that they might be able to move seaweed at the beach area daily in a spot so that the tenants could get to it. My favorite staff was the activities directors. Shawn and Alicia were great! Bartenders were fun! Food was limited for breakfast……
