"My stay is great. The hotel just had a renovation. Restaurants have new look. My bath room is new beds are new. Slightly under furniture but proofs no issue. My unit faces the road and a little noise but I'm used to it. Foreign traveller and the food is amazing and clean. Love to come back again."

"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. THE HOTEL WAS NOT OVERBOOKED, as the manager said he was willing so sell the rooms to my parents. Also there is no AIRPORT SHUTTLE, as mentioned in the...

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from all the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality that made us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the ocean. However, the bathroom could use a little more attention to maintenance — for example, the shower and toilet doors could close more smoothly, and the blinds could be dusted more regularly. The highlight of our stay was without doubt the restaurant. The food selection and quality were exceptional, and the service was attentive and personal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return."
