“The space is extremely small—it's hard to even turn around inside. There’s no microwave and no fridge. Breakfast? What breakfast? The staff never mentioned breakfast at all; I only found out it was supposed to be included when I was writing the review. It was a very uncomfortable stay.”

“One of the better hotels to stay at in Taupō. While parts of the property could benefit from a little TLC, the friendly and helpful staff more than made up for it. The amenities were great, and the ample parking was very convenient. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I'd happily return.”

“Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!”
