“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“The hotel is old, but nice. Staff are helpful. However, bathroom ventilation fan can be cleaned. And the room could be brighter.”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“酒店地點很方便，Westquay 商場和 IKEA 都很快去到。客房乾淨舒適。 酒店沒有免費停車場，要泊在 Westquay 的停車場，8 小時至 24 小時 £15。房內沒有雪櫃、拖鞋、漱口杯，比較不便。Room clean 要每天和大堂說，最後第二天我直接跟大堂說請每天 room clean，她說 ok。”

“First night ( Saturday night) it was so noisy until midnight:( . Second night is much better. You book 2 nights, they don’t clean your room next day:( Overall it’s good place to stay.”

“The rooms are not in the main building, they are what I can only describe as motel type rooms in a couple of blocks. We had a 1st floor room the window only opened an inch and there was no A/C, didn't get a lot of sleep at the weather therefore the room was baking hot. Lovely grounds to walk round and the breakfast was good in a really nice setting.”

“A good location and cleanliness are all this “hotel” has going for it. No elevator, no USB ports, no bathtub that it advertised. It doesn’t even have air conditioning! It was ungodly hot, especially trudging up the stairs.”

“We didn’t stay! On arrival we were told our room was hot but they could give us ice water. The room was stupidly hot and if we had stayed we would not have slept. I know we are having a hot summer but they could have supplied decent fans, and let people know before travelling for three hours how hot the top floor rooms were. No management on site, several other people complained and I felt sorry for the two young ladies on reception.”
