“This place is a great stop for families. The atrium has ping pong, pool tables, air hockey, playground, pool, arcade and a restaurant. It was such a nice treat for our family to have some fun all in one location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The entire place is older but very clean. Room was basic but comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting San Angelo! ”

“1st night was horrible because the people above me were stomping on the floor and banging doors till the next day. I finally went to complain and within 15 minutes I was moved to the top floor with no other problems. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I would stay here again. ”

“Great service and staff had things ready for me on arrival. the breakfast was ready the next morning in a timely manner, so I was able to leave on my scheduled time. Security was present and thought for its location they provided a great deal for the money.”

“I loved my stay here. Courtney was very helpful and understanding. My children and I have no complaints. They enjoyed the pool and breakfast! The only issue I had was that during breakfast an employee was kind of rude to someone else’s child. I’m sure she’s the one that makes the breakfast because she was watching us and what we were doing the entire time. Kind of weird but we liked that she made sure breakfast was fresh. ”

“Very friendly and attentive staff, from front desk to house keeping. Room was clean and cared for. Even corners in elevator were paid attention to. I travel for a living, if I’m in San Angelo again I will stay here. American staff, and it shows. ”
