“Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. ”

“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. I had to request supplies like coffee, cups, and shampoo from the reception desk. The room was poorly maintained, too. The sink faucet was not firmly attached……

“It’s an OKAY hotel, more on the sketchy & rundown, dirty side. We got checked in to a room and beside the room there was maintenance go on, drilling and hammering the walls at 8pm so we get moved to a different room which is so much better The rooms have very thin walls and you can literally hear everything going on outside your room and beside your room. The towels are disgustingly dirty or at least stained really bad The bathrooms can be renovated as well Internet is very slow Food was okay,……

“Property needs a lot of maintenance. If you are planning a stay do not stay here. Not worth the price. Bed sheets were what appeared to be urine stained and bathtub was clogged. Floors appeared very dirty.”

“The floor had not been mopped or swept. A previous guest let a pop blow up in freezer and it wasn’t cleaned up along with floor. The beds were clean and comfortable.”

“The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our problem was when we checked in and went to our room the floor around the desk, refrigerator area was flooded. We called the front desk expecting to be sent to another room an all thst was said was put towels down and someone will look at it the next day. The next day we were out all day and when we came back it still had not been fixed. We went down to the front desk and told what the problem was and she said she would have someone look at it……

“Great value. Exterior and common areas updated nicely. Rooms slightly dated (carpet and kitchen area older). Room clean. Great staff. Good breakfast. Again, great value for a suite! ”
