"The hotels beautiful.. on checking in was not told basic stuff like where toilets are where to go or what time breakfast is also needs more entertainment and the food wasn't all that it was nice enough but not authentic and most stuff on menu was unavailable... sea food night never had most the menu drinks were sweet not enough alcohol.. I asked for an iron on day 1 through calling front desk day 2 cleaner asked me if I needed it but still never got it stayed 2 nights I would stay again just...

"We 1st went November to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The weather,service, food, drink, and employees were fabulous. So in January we booked again and it was better than the 1st time. The staff actually remembered us!! Andre (pool bar), Jason, Nevin and Hagrain made our trip worth every penny. We would highly recommend this resort . Unfortunately it's closing for renovations. We're hoping the same staff return."
