“The bed was super comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. The tv was not a smart tv as stated and the shower was very small , I’m glad neither of us were big people as it was tight to get between the shower and sink to use the toilet and there was no tv in the bedroom , we found on arrival a hot tub which I wish we knew about , unfortunately it was not the weather to use it. yes we would stay again despite the few little negative things . ”

“In my experience it's unusual to find a hotel that actually feels special to stay in. Two great restaurants, pleasant grounds, welcoming colleagues that seemed genuinely happy. What more to ask for! Slight niggle was that the plumbing was noisy at night with guests about using really frequently but aside from this minor niggle, nothing at all to moan about. Would definitely stay again, looking forward to doing so in future.”

“This was the perfect location for us to stay to be able to visit Cheshire Oaks, Chester Zoo and Chester, just 10mins drive from each. I avoided hotels in Chester due to lack of easy parking options but this one was great. Really nice rooms, clean and modern with lots of amenities. Breakfast was good, plenty of hot and continental choices. We loved the warm cookie at check in too - a nice touch! Staff were all very nice and friendly.”
