“Easy to check in”

“The house is in desperate need of repair and renovation. Black mould in the bathrooms that had been siliconed over. Half the lights were not working. The toilet in the ensuite was running all the time. I will say that the bed was comfortable but we needed to buy a quilt because the one provided was way too hot and there were no blankets provided to be able to adjust that. The walk-in robe had a mattress and pillows stored there so it was difficult to hang our clothes. With accommodation called……

“The accommodation was very good, had fun with the soccer game.”

“The accommodation was tidy. The shower drain needed cleaning and the shower fan was full of webs and dust.We were happy with the home. It was comfortable and quiet.”

“The linen smelt a bit musky ”

“Location was great, siper comfy beds, maybe if anything some updated pictures of home and failed to be able to lock main bedroom windows, but otherwise we were super comfy and happy with accommodation and responses from host were virtually immediate, so all is good4.5stars”

“這是安靜休息的好地方”

However the communication especially around room service/cleaning could be clearer and some of the request we had didn't go through. There was a instance with an unpleasant encounter with staff with requesting new towel. Overal the experince is……

“Great location and super friendly staff at the front desk and housekeeping. It is right next to a motorway and a bottle return facility, some noises early in the morning, but is not too bad.”

“Very professional and friendly front desk staff. (Jerome) ”

“Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking and good access to transport into Melbourne.”

“We are in a group of 15s and staying in this hotel with 2 nights, it requires 30 mins driving from Melbourne airport and very convenient to reach. The environment is very good with some facility being offered. We are so amazing that we are 3 toilet inside each house, and quite convenient to a large group of people. But one thing you should consider is, there is no room service during weekend, no one come for tidy-up the room except for clean up the rubbish. Overall, I still recommend this hotel……
