“All the staff were so lovely. The front desk staff were very friendly and always ready to answer our questions. I would like to make special mention of the young staff who worked in the little cafe. They were so kind and patient with us when we used our minimal Spanish. Their service was wonderful and our drinks and meals were delicious. Definitely try the fruit bowl. Incredible. The grounds around the pool area are so pretty and it is nice to read on the big wraparound porch. The whole hotel……

The city of Mérida is beautiful but sometimes a bit hectic and noise. The answer was to step through the front door of Mansión Mérida and be transported to a zen-like atmosphere of tranquility. The owner was warm and welcoming and the staff were superb. Mansión Mérida ranks at the top of our list.”
