“Decent room, but far from everything. Security was great, felt like vip with all the security there was, but that's also what killed the experience. Due to security and hotel rules additional guest were not allowed in room. I had family that wanted to visit, but the hotel staff said that the meetup can only happen in the lobby, no privacy. As wonderful that the hotel was, untill they can relax the security rules about guests, I will not be returning.”

“I stayed at Hyatt for two weeks in mid-July. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. By the end of my stay I almost didn’t want to leave. From the waiters in the restaurant, where the food was perfect, to the receptionist staff and the security personnel I was very happy. I shall be staying there again.”
