“Found a baby lizard in the room, Wallpaper peeling off,bathroom door was stuck and didn't close, Room was missing amenities such as sugars, only one water was provided, very long wait times, check-in took 30-40 minutes. Swimming pool was under construction with no notice or warning whatsoever, Cafe was closed in the morning and night and only open during random times with no notice provided. "Multi cuisine" breakfast was late as well, provided subpar food, If this was classified as a 3 star……
