The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for. “The room was very nice, the instructions to get in was clear, and it was easy to check in and out. I was pleasantly surprised by the inside of the apt very open, and the bedroom was perfect.
