Safe and attractive neighborhood. The condo was roomy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One area for improvement is the check-in communication. Our reservation confirmation stated that we would receive the unit’s address 24–48 hours before check-in, but that information never arrived. After multiple attempts to reach the host digitally and two phone conversations, we received the unit number and door code less than an hour before check-in. This created unnecessary uncertainty while traveling. If providing access information shortly before check-in is the standard process, that’s perfectly fine. It would be helpful to communicate that expectation upfront rather than telling guests they will receive the information 24–48 hours in advance.

Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
