Stayed with 3 young children and we didn’t have anything to fault. Balcony has amazing views , pool was excellent especially the children’s pool which was temperature controlled. “I like the house keeping service they surprised me with a bath towel made dog when I walked into the room. That was a very pleasant experience being a solo traveller all these years. One thing I would suggest for improvement is that the language of the front desk and ground floor cafeteria staff. They were not able to understand guests request and had to explain twice. With Delta hotel being 5 star I think staff working at front desk and customer facing role shall be much more fluent in……

“Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff.”
