I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained. The property was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The room was clean and smelled wonderful (both reasons I generally stay at Hampton Inns), the people were friendly, the breakfast was good and the packed lunch was a bonus. It was the first time I had ever been able to hear anyone in another room (maybe the insulation between the rooms wasn't quite as good as it might have been??) but as soon as I called and complained, it was taken care of....

Great experience love all the festivities. But for the price I think breakfast should be included in stay. Should be free breakfast.

The room was really, really nice and clean. The hotel also includes a bar/restaurant and an indoor swimming pool. The location is perfect; everything you'd need is close by. I definitely recommend this hotel and I definitely plan on staying again if I'm ever in the area and need somewhere to stay.

This hotel is about 20 miles outside of Birmingham, but the traffic is so light in this part of the country that it takes almost no time to get there. It is conveniently located right off of Highway 20 West, and the drive is worth it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well-kept. It is obvious that the staff takes pride in the hotel and in their jobs - a rarity these days. One of the most important features is the quiet you will enjoy. Not a sound is heard...

Clean room and public areas. Practical design of the rooms. Definitely newly built. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. They kept it replenished throughout the 630-900 service time. Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will stay again when in the area.

Very nice property. Comfy room and bed, and great breakfast. Very clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here before flying home from Birmingham Airport.

Upon arrival, the lobby was well lit. There was a overpowering air freshener. Maybe they put it in the main vent. It wasn’t bad in the room, but it was pretty strong in the lobby area. It did smell good, but it could be a little overpowering. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was ample. I didn’t use any of the amenities and I did not have breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were fine, the bathroom was spacious, & the desk was big with a nice lamp. The chair in the corner was cute, but a lamp and stool by it would have made it even better. They need to fix the shampoo dispenser in room 414. The part that is supposed to stay still (as you unscrew the new pump part) doesn't -- it turns; so the pump won't unscrew to allow usage. I enjoyed my stay of 5 days. Hotel was very clean. The staff were kind and professional. This will be my hotel of choice on my next trip to Birmingham.
