Tucked away on a large plot surrounded by tall pines and the mountains, this beautiful home offers the perfect setting for a nature lover’s getaway. Walk less than a mile to the nearby river to cast a line in the waters, or take a peaceful stroll through the surrounding area to become one with Mother Nature.
Modern amenities and comforts like smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a a washer/dryer make it easy to relax and reboot. Stretch out and watch a movie, or break out the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun. A crackling wood stove with an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone surround creates a warm, cozy vibe (firewood provided!).
The well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher not included) provides everything needed to whip up nourishing meals for your entire group - including handy gadgets like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
A true outdoor enthusiast’s dream, your cabin in the woods is minutes from world-class fishing in the Trinity River and hiking in the Trinity Alps. Historic Downtown Weaverville is a short drive away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: This property has two exterior security cameras. One is next to the front door, and one is on the north side of the house overlooking the driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
