Everyone was very friendly that I communicated with, the unit itself was beautiful and all the rooms were perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to return.

This unit is dated and faces the back of the property, overlooking the parking lot. There is also a large building exhaust/HVAC unit located near the balcony that runs 24/7, creating constant noise and making it difficult to relax or enjoy time on the balcony. We come to Barona Beach every year and have stayed in several different units at this property. Unfortunately, this was the most dated unit we've experienced, and its location was the least desirable. Given the condition of the unit and its location, we don't feel the price accurately reflects what you're getting.

Check in was confusing since I never received any email regarding the check in process. Charging 1000 for damage deposit is, in my opinion, too much. Asking the guests to do laundry and take out their garbage was also unheard of.
