"This is was the best pick for a hotel in Siem Reap. The service was fantastic, the food is amazing, the rooms were beautiful, they always have a cold towel that smells amazing when is so hot. We did a dinner with the ballet, totally worth it if you want to experience Cambodia’s food and traditional dance. The gym was handy. "The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The pool was very clean, perfect temperature, and surrounded by quiet green courtyard. The buffet breakfast offered a wide assortment of tasty food. The room was everything we needed for our stay. Our shower drain didn't work too well, but that was just a minor issue. Would recommend this hotel!"

"Great design and beautiful rooms. Staff is polite and eager to assist. But you can see corners being cut as they struggle to operate with low guest numbers. No bar staff at the pool, fountains turned off, paper napkins in the restaurant. No mini bar. A great 4 star property but really a 5."

"2 negatives: worst Wi-Fi i have had in my 2 month journey through 4 countries. Tons of TV channels but could only hear about 5 of them on full volume. Passive Positives: great staff, AC is too good, refreshing pool, great location to start tours, good options for breakfast, and walking distance to pub street, the river, and national university. Probably would not stay again, the poor internet is a deal breaker. "

"Great centrally located hotel, at the time we were staying it was very quiet. At one stage we were the only guests. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit older in condition, the bed we felt was on the harder side. Rooftop pool is refreshing and provides a good view of the city. "
