“When we checked in and requested an upper level room for security purposes (we preferred not to have 2 separate entrances into the room), we were rudely told that the hotel was full but found out by checking Expedia at the same time that there was availability at the hotel. There were obviously leaks over the shower from the floor above, and the amenities provided seem like collections from rooms from other hotels that people may have stayed at. The grand finale was waking up with water dripping onto the already stained rug from the floor above us almost immediately on the bed we were sleeping in. There is no way that these were new leaks and should have been tended to. Hoping we didn’t come home with bedbugs. I would……
