“Ideal location, quiet, and with a water view. Excellent breakfast included - gourmet and healthy! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I will tell all my friends about this place. Plus, its just a quick walk down the hill to the Murray Hill Public Ploat and Ramp, a nice place to watch the sunset.and it's close by the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens which is a must see, and don't forget about the trolls. So fun!”

“This sweet little cottage was just perfect for our short stay in the Wiscasset-Edgecomb area. So clean and nicely situated - it was so comfortable and such a nice touch that it was not just "pet-friendly" but featured a dog bed and clean bowls for food and water for our pup as well! Every aspect of our stay was as easy as it could be - we'd absolutely recommend!”

“Not as advertised; teeny. The photos made it look spacious. The front yard was being raked and seeded for grass when we arrived so there were broken branches on our path. The deck, table and chairs had not been cleaned and we're dirty and covered with leaf litter. The room had no comfy chair, only a floor lamp with a bare bulb. No hooks for hanging anything and no coat hangers. We left to find another place to stay and have been promised a refund that has not come through. Very disappointed!”

“Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff……

“Unexpected amenities. We went on a free boat ride, used the kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. Kids loved the grassy play area and climbing out on the rocks at the water. Pool overlooking the harbor as well. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended”

“Lovely setting in the woods with horses and sheep and open fields. Very cozy beds. Excellent booklet outlining things to do and places to eat in the area. The hosts were very kind and eager to show you around.”
