“Lovely hotel in excellent location, walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping area, museums etc. couple of minutes walk from bus and rail station. Hotel is lovely, huge rooms, clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the piazza which was busy, but we had no noise so great soundproofing. The pool is across the road so easy to get to, however they have limited sun beds so need to get there earlier. Hotel staff were helpful in guiding how to get to certain places. Staff were very……

“Very nice hotel in Tramin. Easy access to the wine route. Great included breakfast. Staff are very helpful. Checkin is 3pm. If you are coming earlier, you should make prior arrangements. We showed up at 1300 just to drop off luggage and found all the doors locked.”

“I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants……
