“The bed was comfortable. The place was totally dirty. Stains everywhere. The room was huge but it needs a major remodel. I know they have remodeled some of the rooms, but not the one I was in.”

“Overall, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were very clean. However, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, and even ventilating the space didn't help. Even worse, some unknown device in the room kept vibrating and sounding an alarm; it emitted a piercing noise every few minutes throughout the entire night. We tried all night to figure out what was causing the sound but couldn't locate the source, which meant we didn't get any sleep.
We had high expectations for this historic hotel……
