Wonderful time!
We had a wonderful stay for our Thanksgiving! Beds were great and the house was cozy! Comfortable furniture, plenty to watch on TV, enjoyed many fires and especially the use of the washer and dryer. Will definitely be back!

Looking for Elk
This was our second trip to this area, but our 1st time renting property. We just wanted to try it out. It far exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and clean. It felt like our home away from home. It was nice to not have to eat out "every" meal. The host was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again. We did find a lot of Elk!

Very clean and organized. It was only a 20 minute drive to the Elk Visitors Center and we saw about 50 elk in the late afternoon. I'm sure we would stay here again.

This house is beautiful...SUPER clean, very very comfortable furniture, and has everything you need. In a great location. Zita treated us right away and is an absolute sweetheart. We'll definitely be renting this again next year!!!!

Relaxing
This is our 2nd time staying at this house. It is very clean, relaxing, and the perfect weekend getaway! The beds are comfortable and there's enough of them. We only had 4 people in our group. Many options on the TV for a rainy day, the porch offers many seating options, and the side deck was perfect for eating dinner on the patio table with a nice fire going. Kitchen has almost everything you'll need. If we needed something, Zita the property owner is close by and very friendly. She answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again! Oh, we did see a big bull elk 1 minute up the road by the church. We also made a short drive to see the elk. We saw over 30 and the bulss we're bugling and fighting. Had a great time!

Here’s to 64
We planned this getaway for my husbands 64th birthday. Ari Ed to find a bottle of wine and that our friend has recently started enjoying wine tasting. Had a quiet Friday evening a blustery Saturday, better Sunday and a beautiful Monday to head home. We saw around a 100 elk stopped at 3 wineries saw a field with at least 6 adult eagles and our daughter came to take us to Straubs brewery for a birthday meal. Overall a great weekend

Home away from home!
I was up there in October with my girl friends and we liked it so much. That this time my cousin and I brought our husbands up for a weekend. And they absolutely loved the house. We would definitely rent this house again. The owners are so sweet and will help you if something is wrong. We know that for a fact, cause it happened to us. And they came right out. We have nothing negative to say at all. We were very pleased with everything. Thank you so much!

Our family rented the house for the weekend grampa and grampa had the room w the twin day bed and two daughters families each had one of the other rooms which easily accomodated a playpen for one year old to sleep in with full bed and the other queen bed room also fit a standard cot. There were some toys for the kids to play with which was a pleasant surprise. We used the wifi to connect our phones so we could have service since we didnt have coverage in the visinity which was problematic when we first came because gps did not take us to the house and it was dark out so we couldnt see. The town ppl helped get us in the general area. Up the road we could connect and Val responded instantly to our request for help and told us what landmarks to look for came to the end of the driveway and flagged us right in. We were pleasantly suprised when we got inside. The one year old loved the ability to walk around in all the open space and we were quite shocked how roomy it was. There was more than enough seating and serving items for all 6 adults and 2 kids. Great parking (very genourous amount of parking), great shower pressure and heat, very close to a market down the road, 15 mins from walmart and other venues were also very close by. Our main objective for coming down the weekend was to see the elk which we were able to do. There was a gator land down the road that we would check out next time (didnt make it there this time). Then we hit up Kinzu Bridge on the way back to NY.
