“The room has been recently renovated and is very spacious, with bright lighting and plenty of outlets. The room is equipped with tables and chairs, and the mattress is comfortable. A simple breakfast is also provided, making it excellent value for money. The only minor disappointments were finding a few ants on the desk and a slightly loose toilet pedal in room 120. ”

“When we first arrived, we noticed a bit of weeds around the property which was a little concerning, but not necessarily a deal breaker. Inside the first thing that hit us was the smell. It was awful. Stale and musty and definitely cigarettes. Maybe it just needed to air out. But the windows were already open and it was quite breezy inside. The advertisement clearly listed it as a “no smoking” rental and that was a must for me as my son has health issues. We walked around inside trying to come to……
