“I have been reserved the room 4-5time in the past year. They have shortage of manpower hence no make up the room while our stay. The last day, I checked with front desk to do the house keeping, they promise will do, however, When I came back to the room at 4:30pm; our rooms still un-cleaning. I went to front desk, they said they will come before 5pm, I doubt because there is no staffs do the cleaning in whole floor, no staffs, no cart, nothing there.
