Old motel style with loud parking lot of people “hanging out and talking” until 2AM. Front desk closed midnight to 9AM so no one to call except police and no one available for check out before 9 if needed. Very clean and comfortable though.

It’s budget accommodation. It was functional and clean. Can’t really ask for much else when paying the lowest rate. Staff were friendly. Had Starbucks, Aldi and a gas station nearby so convenient.

Staff was occomodaring and kind. Room was clean. Needed a microwave though. Smoking room will smell but it could use some extra cleaning in those rooms. Smokers deserve nice rooms too. The bed was fantastic!! Id stay again

I had a great stay here. The bed was very comfortable, and everything in the room worked very well. I will stay there again when I need a room in Dubuque.

This place is awful!! There was large red stains in the bottom of the tub (hoping it wasn’t blood). Couldn’t change rooms because they were booked (but we were the only car in the driveway). Several parts of the front of the building are hanging and falling off. Furniture is dirty and stained. Non smoking room smelled so much like smoke I actually got a sore throat. Bath towels the size of hand towels and so thin they barely dry. Staff extremely rude and unwilling to help. They close the office at midnight so don’t forget or lose your key, need to check in late or need any service. They are not available AT ALL until the next morning. A few restaurants within a reasonable drive. Honestly surprised Expedia does business with such a low quality place.

This day was really great. I would recommend them. I will stay there again. Me and my family. We really liked it and we really were treated nice. Everybody was so friendly. If you had an issue they fixed it so quick.

When I first walked into the office it smelled clean and looked clean. Thats was a gear sign. Front desk was very kind. I went to my room and it smelled great. Itnlolke perfect. Im happy I stayed here. It was very cheap and better than any other place. I travel a lot. This place is a gem. I stayed at a different hotel last night and you couldnt pay me to sleep at that horrible place ever again. I will stay here every time I come to Dubuque now.

Proprety was super clean. There was a gap around the door and window that did not open. they could save a ton of money if they put in some small inprovements. Yes they have free WI Fi if your room is in the lobby!

Every Rodeway Inn I’ve stayed in has been undesirable. The outside property is never maintained. The rooms look cheap and have dated decor. The whole place looks unloved and uncared for. Affordable sometimes means lesser quality. At this particular property my toilet handle was broken. They fixed it within minutes. However, that likely means housekeeping didn’t clean & sanitize it after the guest before me, ewww, yuck. Great location. Close to dining, retail and recreation. There is a Mexican restaurant, Dunkin, Starbucks and a sports bar within walking distance.

I am requesting a refund on one of my purchased rooms. They had no one on site after hours which left my people whom I purchased the room for stranded with no way of getting back in. There is supposed to be someone on site 24/7 and that is not the case. Then they want to force my people out as they are requesting for a late check out.

The check in person made a huge deal about us having a dog when the place was supposed to be pet friendly. We bring our dog bed from home and her own dishes. The shower was dirty and we had to clean it before we showered.
