He was there to welcome us when we checked in, and offered to help with our luggage. Our room was clean, well decorated and beautiful. We were surrounded by a lot of antiques. The breakfast was amazing. Better than most of the hotels i've stayed in. Luxurious ones included. The staffs were nice and helpful. The area was safe and super walkable. A lot of restaurants in that neighborhood to dine in. I only have good things to say about it. Will come back again. Yes each floor had cameras on it but being under surveillance from the owner was not an issue for us. The room was spacious and was very very quiet at night. I was suspect at first upon walking in but will for sure book another stay when in the area. Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Robert was welcoming and had a good sense of humor. But Robert was welcoming and took our bags upstairs. The bed and breakfast if thats what you would call it is disgusting. Its dirty, falling apart and a serious fire hazard. We did not even feel safe despite the 25 cameras he has monitoring your every move. Our room had its own A/C unit and attached bathroom with shower and spa tub. Breakfast was a delicious combo of cold buffet and personally served hot ham and egg sandwich. The owner is a great host and happy to tell the history of the house and area. Room was awful, wallpaper seams were taped, carpeting very old and uneven. Building was very old and crumbly on outside. We decided to leave. Owner kept trying to talk to me without my husband in the room. He called us cheap.
