This stay was hotel number 5 out of my 2-week road trip. I was informed at check-in that the elevator was out of service and there were no rooms available on the first floor. The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered to help carry my belongings up to the room. Of course, I'm not going to allow that, so I carried my stuff up to the room on several trips considering that I am a Disabled Veteran with 5 broken vertebrae in my back. The room could have used a little extra attention as far as cleanliness, particularly dust in places that aren't dusted on a regular basis. For example, the door rails and trim. I moved the TV out from the wall to connect an HDMI cable to my computer and wow, the debris under the base of the TV was disgusting. Cleaning staff has no attention to detail.
