“The staff were friendly, efficient and responded quickly to any issues. The pool was amazing, very clean as was the hot tub. My complaint is with the entry/exit doors on the North building. Between the wind and occupants not closing the doors gently, all you heard up until midnight was the slamming of those doors. It was very loud and kept us up most of the night. We reserved 2 rooms for our party of 4, thinking they would be next to each other but that was not the case. One room only had……

“The room, bathroom, and kitchenette, was incredibly clean. We had everything we needed, from dishes to a great supply of linens. With the location being so close to the beach, the humidifier helped a great deal. The location is perfect as it’s directly across from Jennette’s pier/beach access so you really park your car at the hotel and not have to worry about trying to find a public beach access…and it’s perfect for catching a sunrise. “Advertised as DAILY housecleaning which is why I chose Shutters however EVERY SINGLE DAY I had to ASK for housecleaning services. If you cannot accommodate a way for bath towels to completely dry between showers then do NOT make me have to ASK for dry towels every day! Very outdated rooms and bathroom, moldy shower curtains. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Would not recommend”
