“We love staying here! Great staff, and great location!”

“Great location near Manteo and NC‑12 and Pet Friendly Highlight was the staff at the front desk. They were personable and in terms of customer service they were excellent. Stayed here recently and really appreciated the great location — close to Manteo, NC‑12, and everything you want to reach on Roanoke Island. “Room was okay. It was clean. Had air conditioning issues and had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Staff was very nice, and responsive.”

“The hotel rooms were much smaller, then I had anticipated. We were a family of 4 traveling and we were stepping on top of each other the whole week. The bathroom was very small. You had to basically step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The shower lip was very small, so no matter how closed you put the curtain, you always got water on the floor so you had to constantly keep a towel there so it didn't flood. they advertised that it was newly remodeled but it did not look that way. “It's a great hotel for kids. Many activities for kids to do. The pool is very nice. But the room is a bit dark.”

“Great beach getaway. Liked the hotel setup with convenient pool and beach access. Located in a less busy area along the beach but still had good dining and activities nearby. Kids loved the climbing adventure park in Corolla.”

“Overall very clean and comfortable. Moderate breakfast (bagels, cereal, oatmeal and fruit, muffins, juice, coffee/tea). No coffee maker or other appliances in the kitchenette area of room, but did have a mini fridge and prep sink. Somewhat confusing at check-in to be advised of a $100 deposit to be applied to my credit card in addition to room fee which they said would be refunded later. At checkout just the room fee appeared on the receipt. Understandable to use a held form of payment to apply……
