“The TV didn’t work, the picture squiggled every 10 seconds. The room smelled musty and the original bathtub had streaks of rust. Not an enjoyable stay!”

“I love having ocean front but I did not like having to pay $20 per day parking fee. I thought that was ridiculous sonce I was already paying 1248 plus an additional 145 for the $80 pet fee and $60 parking fee. It is overpriced. I also did not like the very very small bathroom.”

“Pool was nasty, Hot tub didn’t work. You’re charged for breakfast. My floor stayed wet from the ac unit. Paid over $2500 for 5 nights and it wasn’t even worth half of that. The only good thing about it is the location. Within walking distance of several stores & restaurants. Short walk to the beach.”

“Pretty nice place. Well enough maintained. Room was clean though common areas could use a little more attention. I would not even mention but I expect a little better at the price we paid. I’d go back!”

“I'm trying to keep in mind that the building is old and is surrounded by salty ocean air. But, inside the room, had to ask for towels, had to ask to have trash removed and floor really needed vacuumed atleast once while we were there. Never got that. We stayed 6 nights and I seriously doubt we'll go back. The front desk ladies were very nice. But to pay what we paid, we should have had better service. Oh, the curtains really need to be updated!!! The backing was coming off terribly.”

“The accommodations were ok. The bathroom and closet doors did not close properly. The property was a little dated. We did not have much interaction with the staff because we arrived late and left early. This was only a one-night stay. I must say that management was excellent in making us aware of the beach issues. There was a lot of beach erosion, but they made us aware of it as soon as the reservations were completed and sent updates and reminders. The communication was excellent.”
