“While the place is a little older you simply cannot beat the value! Super short walk to the beach, along with diners & ice cream within walking distance. Super easy check in process too! All in all, would stay here again!”

“Definitely not worth the money we paid for 3 nights. Fairly dingy rooms. Weird smell when you walk into the property. Hotel room was okay, we paid for a beach view which we got and wasn’t bad. There were water stains on the ceiling and most things were outdated. There’s only 1 elevator so it can be quite a wait to go up or down and it’s not very huge. In a pinch I would stay here but not my next choice. There was also a stain on one of the blankets, which was gross.”

“We love staying here. The tar heel rates are very reasonable, especially compared to other places. Its very clean. Pool area is very clean and a nice setup. I love the location. Pulblic beach access is directly across the road in front of property. Its close walking distance to the pier. There's a restaurant right beside property thats delicious. The outlet mall, Wings and a very nice miniature golf place are right across street behind the property. The location is awesome! Very convenient to……

“Nice place! If you have any mobility challenges you will need to go to public beach access to not have to climb the dune.We booked a ground floor room but at check in were told we were in the top floor unit. Our family members staying at the other side across the street were not able to visit our room due to all the stairs & we also had to meet them further up the beach (due to them unable to use access behind the hotel with their mobility issues).”
