“The propert and rooms are really nice. I would stay again. The reason I gave it a lower rating were for the following reasons:
1. Often front desk staff was not to be found. Actually, I would see them in back office just talking. Front desk should always be up front. And that was the problem with number 2:
Breakfast, a large, multiple family members with lots of kids. They were running around, yelling, parents not addressing it. I look at front desk. Nobody. Like they were hiding from racket,……

“Room was literally dusty - hadn’t been cleaned /gone over in some time. There was musty water in the coffee maker from whoever used the room before. No tissues.
Staff was very nice and courteous!
There was a $20 charge put on my credit card when we checked in as a just in case. It’s an inconvenience to have to watch my card to make sure the $20 is credited.
Parking was convenient
