“Comfort Inn Scherville was advertising as being operable when they weren’t. They were without power! I booked two nights (8/12-14) online due to tornadoes in my area and being without power for days. When I arrived, Comfort Inn had no power. There were two staff ppl there that I spoke with confirming they would cancel the reservation, even took down my name. Received an email on 8/13 stating they won’t be issuing a refund. Money hungry and super neglectful location! Patronize at your own……

However there wasn't any coffee in y lobby area when we arrived. But the staff was wonderful and we will come again. The kids loved it and it was perfect for a girls sleepover pool party!”

“The very first room I checked into was very outdated molded nasty stains on the sheets bugs in the nightstand drawer spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling over the bed and door way over the door . Stains and rust on the lamps room also had a very foul smell.
