“I wanna start by saying that the staff was absolutely incredible! They were nice, accommodating, and very professional! However,We’ve stayed at many Hyatt hotels in various areas and this particular one was by far the worst. We were unaware that one of the Elevators was not in working service and they were doing some sprinkler piping repairs, which made the smell unbearable on that particular floor. The staff was exceptionally nice. They did move us to another floor. Unfortunately, we saw……

“The hair conditioner did not work pumped it over 50 times. Housekeeping should test the products when cleaning the shower and replace if needed. The breakfast needs more hot foods - bacon, sausage, eggs. The pancakes were good.”

“Unfortunately, while the host indicated an additional mattress could be provided at extra cost, when we indicated the need for an adult and paid the extra $50, what we received was a mini-twin mattress which ws not much larger than a crib mattress. Our refund request was denied, and the host's response was that we should have notified them the mattress was too small!”

“The outside looks scarier than the inside. The rooms are nice, clean and smell good. The outside had me worried the room was going to be awful but it’s not. The staff were really friendly, even after arriving super late because of our flight.”
