“I feel bad because the staff person was very nice and helpful, but... Even the sign at the entrance is very faded/hard to read (red flag). The room was in terrible shape. Bathroom baseboards were filthy, in the tub the caulk was all peeling and the facet leaked. The hot water was HOT- and with the janky faucet it was difficult to get a tolerable temperature without scalding. Room: TV reception was spotty (even though it was a satellite) and I had to turn off the power strip to the mini-fridge……
