“The hotel looks quite new and clean. The staff are very nice. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the stay.”

When we opened the door to our room, it was even worse — the room reeked of both cigarette smoke and marijuana. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The bedding was stained with some kind of unidentified goo that was STILL visibly on the bedspread. The bedspread……
