"The many pools are excellent, with the swim-up wet bar being the premier place to be as long as you are early enough to claim a lounge chair. The staff are all extremely friendly and will remember guests to offer friendly banter and know what you are planning on ordering. The ac in the rooms was top notch, where I had to turn it off for a bit because I was getting too cold. If you have the option to upgrade to a swim out poolside room I would suggest it."

"Perfect vacation for the entire family. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. The grounds were well maintained. Common areas such as rest rooms, dinning areas, and pools were also kept in top shape. "

"The stay is enjoyable and the service is decent. However, the food is disappointing and monotonous, served the same every day. All the mocktails are overly sweet. We appreciate the stay and the service. The beaches are beautiful and are among the resort's highlights. The waterpark is average, and other activities are not very impressive."

"Everything was good except the chair situation. There’s a sign that says “don’t reserve chairs”. Besides people putting them out at 5am and either come back at 4pm or not at all. We had an incident when I family didn’t return for 5 hours so the resorts towels got moved and we sat. The resulted in a gentlemen cussing us out and throwing our belongs across the ground resulting in my 3 year old niece being hit with a big metal water bottle, my cell phone being cracked. "

There are plenty of activities to keep kids entertained, including the pools, private island, paddle boats, and a beautiful beach. The resort is very family-friendly and offers something for everyone. One area for improvement would be the buffet. Expanding the food options—especially with more international selections—would enhance the experience. Adding something like a hibachi station would be a great addition. Overall, a wonderful destination for families looking for fun and relaxation."
