“I DONT RECOMENDED TO NOBODY THIS PLACE. I THINK THAT IT WAS A VERY GOOD PLACE BUT MY STAY THERE WAS VERY BAD. THEY DONT RESPECT COUPLES PRIVACY AND A LOT OF LOCALS LIVE IT IN. THE PLACE IS VERY PRETTY BUT THEY DONT REPAIR NOTHING AND DONT PAINT THE AREA. I GIVE THE PLACE A CERO.”

“We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made……

“First it’s confusing when you arrive, no idea where to go. Next, the woman there was very nice but not too helpful. Eventually got into my room, no AC, no electricity. After 2 hours like that sweating profusely we left. Ended up getting refunded but still cost for Ubers and taxis… on the positive side, the woman there was very polite.”
