“I paid extra for Diamond Club at Royalton CHIC Punta Cana, and unfortunately, the experience was nowhere near what was advertised or worth the additional money. From the moment we arrived, there was no Diamond Club greeting or welcome drink, and we actually had to find the Diamond Club office ourselves just to check in. Once we got there, they noticed we didn’t even have a drink and apologized before finally getting us one. Things only went downhill from there. One of the main reasons I upgraded……

“Very nice place. The property is beautiful! - The rooms could use some updating, and the food was just okay. If those two aspects were fixed it would be a true 5 star resort. Had a great time anyway - would go again for the price.”

“I had an outstanding stay at Dreams Onyx . The service was top notch, our room was spotless(thanks to Yesenia), and the food was delicious. The pools were amazing. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff— they were incredibly thoughtful, kind and attentive to every detail. Their warmth and genuine care made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Dreams Onyx to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.”

“Gorgeous, well landscaped, a lot of food, great staff. The only problem was that I have food allergies which they couldn’t manage. They also need to advertise the daily activities to patrons. Also, seeing how impoverished the area was surrounding the resort broke my heart. This resort employees people from the orphanage beginning around the age of 14 years old and they have them live with them and make them work under a contract.”

“The food and the staff”
