“We enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable and close to a lot of things including Broadway shows. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it could use some updates. The couch is in rough shape and have multiple stains, the outlets were loose and the plugs kept falling out. Communication with the host was excellent, we had a concern when we got there and they were able to send someone over right away. ”

The confirmation email we received had the address as 621 Hudson street and pick up of the key on Jane street. Then we received a comm with a different apartment address which was on Jane street. "Hot water is excellent! I love the bath. Room is large. Staff are friendly. I ask the front desk to give me towels. Parking was tight on weekends. Not easy to find a parking space if arriving too late in the evening. Breakfast taste good and have hot food. "

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
