“There were issues for us gaining access to the property due to a glitch with the app showing the listing. But once we got in touch with the host it was fine. ”

“The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.”

“It was very welcoming and high quality. It was close to restaurants and Newark Penn. It also felt very safe and secure. The apartment was very clean and also pet friendly.”

The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic, and street parking was available and easy to find.With a few updates and a bit more attention to detail regarding cleaning and maintenance, this property could be exceptional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.”

“This place was wonderful! Very clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to restaurants and a train with direct 35 minute ride to Pen station NYC. Neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe. Sherry, the owner, was very hospitable and attentive! We would definitely recommend her place and will be back!”

“Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.”

“Loved the place, very quiet and comfortable. We traveled with our adult son and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Some minor issues was the water temperature in both of the showers. It was very hard to turn down the hot water, that happened on our last two days. If the master bedroom could have a small dresser or plastic drawers it would be amazing, the closet has plenty of space for it. Lastly, parking is challenging for guests. Other than those issues our stay was great!”
