“Enjoyed our stay. The first night, there was a party in the room next to ours and couldn’t sleep. Sent a message to front desk and in five minutes, it stopped. Thank you for what you did. Next morning, took a shower and the tub drain wasn’t draining properly. Mentioned to front desk manager and was fixed. Thank you. Beautiful room, nice pillows. Would love to stay again! Thanks so much. Everyone was so kind, too! ”
