“WiFi is poor ”

“Every item is perfect!”

“All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. The tissues could be better……

“The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms. The second room had more issues — the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bedside lamp didn’t work. I asked to change again, but the front desk……

“I ordered one large bed room, when I checked in they provide two double size room, and told me I only have two option: accept or cancel the order. But it already 9pm in the winter night.”

“We had a very comfortable stay, just a little problem with the faucet, the attendant came quickly to check it out and to have to change our room, the room was cleaned every day, and the overall feeling was still very good!”

“We stayed June 13 for the Brazil vs. Morocco World Cup match. Every aspect of this stay was a failure. THE HOTEL: Hallways were impassable, stacked with unopened LG TV boxes, Sleeptone comforter deliveries, overflowing laundry carts, and garbage bags. My daughter stepped over debris to reach our room (see photos). The escalator was broken. The pool was closed, reception told us they hadn't received sanitation clearance, with no projected opening date. Lobby and in-room bathrooms had no soap.……
