“Tried to take advantage of us and overcharge for parking at $250 without disclosing that anywhere. Had to call maintenance in multiple times to get tv to work and turn off a light late at night because there was no way to turn light off. Shuttle was non existent, valet was nowhere to be found, food was pre made and bar staff were hired from the outside and had very limited drink options, everything was tapped.”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
