“We stayed June 13 for the Brazil vs. Morocco World Cup match. Every aspect of this stay was a failure. THE HOTEL: Hallways were impassable, stacked with unopened LG TV boxes, Sleeptone comforter deliveries, overflowing laundry carts, and garbage bags. My daughter stepped over debris to reach our room (see photos). The escalator was broken. The pool was closed, reception told us they hadn't received sanitation clearance, with no projected opening date. Lobby and in-room bathrooms had no soap.……

“Clean and good service”

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
